Eligibility
The Promoter is Heineken Ireland Limited (“HIL”) trading at One Kilmainham Square, Kilmainham, Dublin 8 (“the Promoter”).
You must be over 18 years of age and reside in the Republic of Ireland to enter Heineken Uncapped (The Promotion”).
By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Employees and/or relatives of employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and any agents connected to the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion and/or win any prizes.
The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Promotional Period

The Promotion is running from 1st November 2024, until 10th November 2024, in the Republic of Ireland.
How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, customers must: 1) Follow the instructions in the email communications received from Heineken Uncapped; 2) Complete the necessary fields on https://uncapped.heineken.ie/
Consumers will be within a chance to win one pair of tickets to a choice of one of the following matches; Munster Rugby v Stade Français, December 7th @ Thomond Park, Ulster Rugby v Union Bordeaux, Dec 14th @ Kingspan Stadium or Leinster Rugby v Clermont, Dec 14th @ Aviva Stadium. Chosen winners will also get two jerseys of their chosen province.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Any additional entries will be void.
Winner will be selected at random from valid entries
Any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including without limitation all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges of any prize.
Publicity
The winning entrants and their guests may be required for publicity purposes. Entrants agree by entering the Competition to participate in such publicity including but not limited to the publication of their names and photographs for advertising and/or promotional purposes.
Should a winner be unable or unwilling to take part in any such publicity, the Promoter may at its discretion choose a replacement winner without future reference or obligation to the original winner.
1. Personal Data
1.1. The personal data provided by you in the context of this Promotion will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with our privacy policy available on heinekenireland.ie/privacy-policy. The details you provide to the Promoter will be stored by the Promoter in order to allow for the appointment of winners of the prizes and to execute the prizes, and may be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of administering the competition or delivering the prizes. You can request Heineken® at any time to provide access to the personal data it has collected about you. You can request Heineken® at any time to correct or to delete such personal data. 2. General
2.1 The prize will be issued subject to proof of valid identification and age verification.
2.2 No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2.3 Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
2.4 The Promoter will not accept any entries that are: (2) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties in bulk; (c) illegible or have been altered, reconstituted, forged or tampered with; (d) photocopies and not originals; (e) incomplete.
2.5 Use of a false name, address or supply of inaccurate information will disqualify you from winning and/or receiving a prize.
2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.
2.7 Competition entries cannot be returned. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or similar value.
2.8 In the event of an epidemic, pandemic or otherwise and the prize becomes unavailable or the time of the prize is changed whether owing to health guidelines issued by the relevant Government in this Jurisdiction or the Jurisdiction to which the prize relates or otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to offer to the Winner the prize for the alternative date. In the event that the event is cancelled indefinitely, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or similar value. In the event that the Winner is unable to attend the Event at the alternative date offered, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Winner for an alternative Winner at no cost or liability to the Promoter.
2.9 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed messages which were unable to be sent or received due to technical failure or any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.
2.10 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud or in the event that winner notification has been incorrectly (e.g. by reason of technical fault, computer and/or printing error) printed and/or generated and/or sent to the winner on the Promoter’s behalf.
2.11 No warranty or guarantee is given by the Promoter in relation to any of the prizes and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury or death howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to the Promotion and the Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractor or the obligations of any third parties associated with any prize (including without limitation the promoter of any prize) and will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
2.12 Prize winner will be contacted by November 15th 2024 . The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided on the entry card which could include email, telephone or social media. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner. If the prize winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable or has not claimed their prize by December 31st 2024 the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if any prize winner is not able to take up the prize. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Upon winning notification, prize winners will be given the details of their prize.
2.13 During the Promotion, any request or complaint concerning the Promotion and Terms and Conditions may be sent via e-mail to the Promoter at [info@heineken.ie] stating your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or results of the Promotions the decision of the Promoter will be final.
2.14 The Promoter reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the Promotion (and/or any related Prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Eligibility
The Promoter is Heineken Ireland Limited (“HIL”) with a registered address at Ladyswell Brewery, Cork. Co. Cork (“the Promoter”).
You must be 25 years of age or over and have willingly registered your interest on the Pub Succession site to enter Pub Successions (The Promotion”).

These terms and conditions govern the sale and use of tickets for HEINEKEN GREENLIGHT events (each an “Event”), as detailed in the Appendix.
Purchasing
- Who can buy tickets
To purchase tickets, you must be 18 or over and have a valid credit/debit card.
All ticket sales are processed by Allied Global Marketing on behalf of Heineken Ireland Ltd.
All purchases are subject to payment verification and security checks. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that does not pass our verification process.
A maximum of four (4) tickets may be purchased per transaction.
- What you need
You must provide a valid email address to receive your tickets. Your QR code and Event details will be sent to this email.
Tickets may also be downloaded to a mobile wallet where available.
Please ensure your ticket is downloaded and ready to scan on arrival to help speed up entry.
- Fair play
The use of bots, automated systems, or any illegitimate methods to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel any transactions suspected to be fraudulent. Such tickets will be void.

Photography and videography will take place at Events. By entering, you acknowledge that you may be captured in photo and video content.
This content may be used by Heineken Ireland Ltd for marketing, promotional, and communications purposes.
CCTV may be in operation for safety and security purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.
Event changes

In the event of cancellation or changes to an Event, Heineken Ireland Ltd reserves the right to determine appropriate action at its discretion.

Leitrim Street, Shandon, Cork, T23 VF78 (“the Promoter”).
You must be over 18 years of age and reside in the Republic of Ireland to enter this Promotion.
By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and
Conditions.

agents connected to the Promotion are not eligible to enter and/or win any prizes.
The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
Prizes will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to the first valid entries received,

but may be contacted in relation to future promotions or product drops where they have opted in to receive such communications.
Prizes will be dispatched to the postal address provided at the time of entry.
